FAQS

Frequently Asked Questions

How are your caregivers selected? Each applicant completes a detailed application which is reviewed and selections are made for interviews. One on one interviews are conducted on each candidate. Any candidate who is then considered for employment must undergo a background screening, criminal history check, DMV check, sex offender registry check, health care sanctions review, and pre-employment drug testing. Upon satisfactory completion of testing each employee who accepts an employment offer is then given an 8 hour orientation/training session before working with clients.
